Saudi Federation welcomes the fourth flights of players and coaches in preparation for the season completion.

On Friday afternoon flights coming from the Brazilian city of Sao Paulo have arrived to
King Abdulaziz International Airport in Jeddah. This is the fourth returning flight for coaches and players of clubs participating in football competitions.

The four trips; which included 228 coaches and players, arrangements and procedures were performed with the direct support from his excellency the Minister of Sports Prince Abdulaziz bin Turki Al-Faisal. Providing all the facilitations required for the return of players and coaching teams to the Kingdom in preparation for the resumption of local football competitions.

The General Secretary of the Saudi Federation, Ibrahim Al Kassim, praised the efforts of all government agencies and sectors involved and employees of the Ministry of Sports and the Saudi Federation to finish the arrangement and recipience the returnees.

The General Secretary of the Saudi Federation added that 4 private planes were secured from Brazil, Tunisia, Egypt and France, confirming that the choice of these four countries was based on the fact that the majority of players and coaches were in the first three countries, in addition to; setting a meeting point in Paris. Besides, the task of returning from outside those countries took place through Bahrain; the King Fahd Bridge outlet.

Al Kassim has also emphasized that the Saudi Federation accompanied health precautions with the support of his excellency the Minister of Sports by establishing an operations room to coordinate with the Ministry of Sports and Clubs regarding the resumption of club training and the application of the medical protocol approved by the Ministry.
