The coaching Committee of the Saudi Federation held 2 lectures, in which the Director of Educational Services of the European Football Association “Frank Ludolph” and the Director of Education in the Irish Football Association “Niale Urgen” have attended in the presence of the President of the Saudi Football Federation “Yasser Al Misehal”, the Chairman of the Coaching Committee “Turki Sultan”, and the Director of Education in the Federation “Yahya Al-Sharif”.

The president of the Saudi Federation has started the meeting with a speech; in which he praised the coaches keenness to attend and their efforts to develop their technical coaching skills, emphasizing on the Federation’s eagerness to provide everything that would contribute in the development of the football system in Saudi.

Frank Ludolph has given the first lecture titled "An Introduction to the Coaches Education Agreement in the European Football Association", in which he reviewed the educational programs offered for trainers in the European Union, explaining the informational and cultural exchange programs for coaches, and also touched upon both the benefit and importance of education for coaches, as well as, the stages of obtaining the European training license for coaches.

While for Nial Urgenen, he addressed his lecture "Managing the learner-centred environment", during which he clarified the road map for the player and learner-centred methodology that started from 2015 and continues until 2025. Then, he spoke about the best way to shift from the theoretical to the practical applications, explaining the main principles of football education for adults, he also pointed out the importance of the relationship between the coach and the player. Additionally, the extent of information that the trainer can provide to the player and then he presented videos for the method of transforming training from theory to practice.
