The under-23 national team will hold a preparatory camp in Riyadh, from August 28 to September 7, in preparation for the U-23 WAFF Championship 2021, and the qualifiers for the U-23 AFC Asian Cup 2022 in Uzbekistan.
The coach of the national team, Saad Al-Shehri, summoned (26) players to join the camp. Their names were as follows: Nawaf Al-Aqeedi, Abdul Rahman Al-Shamri, Raed Azeebi, Abdul Rahman Al-Sanibi, Hamad Al-Yami, Ali Majrashi, Khalifa Al-Dosari, Walid Al-Ahmad, Nayef Al-Mas, Mishaal Al-Sabiani, Miteb Al-Harbi, Hazem Al-Zahrani, Ibrahim Mahnshi, Awad Al-Nashiri, Mansour Al-Bishi, Hamed Al-Ghamdi, Badr Manshi, Abdul-Ilah Al-Shamri, Firas Al-Ghamdi, Abdul-Mohsen Al-Qahtani, Hussein Al-Issa, Khaled Al-Ghannam, Haitham Asiri, Hassan Al-Salis, Firas Al-Braikan, Muhammad Maran.
The under-23 national team is scheduled to open its training on the reserve stadium of Prince Faisal bin Fahd Stadium next Sunday.
