SAFF signs a memorandum of understanding with Chinese Football Association

Today, Tuesday, the Saudi Arabian Football Federation signed a memorandum of understanding with the Chinese Football Association, in the presence of the President of the SAFF, Yasser Al Misehal, and his Chinese counterpart, Mr. Chen Shuyuan.

This step comes as part of the efforts of the SAFF to enhance cooperation with local federations in Asia.

This agreement will witness the exchange of experiences between the two federations, especially in the areas of football development for the age groups and women's football and the use of technologies.

The Saudi and Chinese federations will work to activate the agreement and set up tournaments and training camps for youth teams hosted by both countries.

It is noteworthy that the meeting witnessed a review of China's latest preparations to host the 2023 AFC Asian Cup, which the national team qualified for, then the president of the Saudi Arabian Football Federation handed his Chinese counterpart the booklet of the Saudi file to host the 2027 AFC Asian Cup.
