The national team resumes its training and begins preparing to face Palestine in the FIFA Arab Cup 2021

Today, Thursday, the national team resumed its training in "Doha", in preparation to face Palestine national team next Saturday in the second round of the group stage of the FIFA Arab Cup 2021.
The training session witnessed the attendance and follow-up of the members of the Board of Directors of the Saudi Arabian Football Federation, "Dr. Khaled bin Muqrin, Mr. Moaidh Al-Shehri, Mr. Naim Al-Bakr".
On the field, the national team players conducted their training session at Al-Kharaitiyat Sports Club Stadium, under the supervision of coach Laurent Bonadi, who divided the players into two groups.
The first group included the players who participated mainly in the last match, as they practiced variety of recovery exercises, while the second group included the rest of the players, which started with warm-up exercises, then the passing and possession exercise before being divided into two groups, to conclude the training session with stretching exercises.
On the other hand, the player "Firas Al-Buraikan" participated in group exercises with his colleagues.
On the other hand, the national team will conclude its preparations tomorrow, Friday, with a training session at 8:30 pm at Al-Kharaitiyat Sports Club Stadium, in a training session open to the media in the first quarter of an hour.
It is worth noting that the national team coach, Laurent Bonadi, will hold a press conference tomorrow, Friday at 6:15 pm, in the conference room in the main media center, to talk about Palestine match.
