The NT U-23 drew with Qatar in a friendly match at the end of Doha camp

The U-23 national team drew with its host Qatar, 2-2, in a friendly match this evening, Tuesday, at Al Khor Club Stadium, at the end of the preparatory camp in Qatar, which came as part of the preparation program for the U-23 AFC Asian Cup 2022 in Uzbekistan.
Mansour Al-Shammari opened the goals of the national team in the 25th minute, while Abdulelah Al-Shammari added the second goal in the 73rd minute through a penalty kick.
Qatar scored its first goal in the 82nd minute, followed by another goal in the 88th minute of the match.
Coach Saad Al-Shehri played the match with a list consisting of: Nawaf Al-Aqidi as a goalkeeper, Mansour Al-Shamri, Hassan Al-Timbukti, Mukher Al-Rashidi, Muhannad Al-Shanqiti, Ibrahim Mahanshi, Hamed Al-Ghamdi, Ayman Yahya, Ziyad Al-Juhani, Hussein Al-Issa, Muhammad Maran.
It is noteworthy that the U-23 national team faced Qatar national team last Sunday in its first friendly match in its camp in Doha, which ended with a 2-1 victory.
