In the presence and follow-up of His Royal Highness Prince Abdulaziz bin Turki Al-Faisal, Minister of Sports, President of the Saudi Arabian Olympic Committee, and in the presence of Yasser Al Misehal, President of the Saudi Arabian Football Federation, the national team concluded its training this evening, Monday, in preparation for Australia national team match, tomorrow evening, Tuesday, at the King Abdullah Sports City stadium in Jeddah, in the final round of Asian qualifiers for the 2022 World Cup.
His Highness met the players before the training session, during which he conveyed the congratulations of the wise leadership - may God protect them - after qualifying for the 2022 World Cup.
His Highness the Minister of Sports affirmed his support for all, pointing to the importance of continuing to provide good levels in the future, stressing at the same time his confidence in the capabilities of players.
The President of the Saudi Arabian Football Federation, Yasser Al Misehal, expressed his thanks and appreciation to His Highness the Minister of Sports, President of the Saudi Arabian Olympic Committee, for the great and unlimited support that the national team received throughout the Asian qualifiers, which contributed to achieving the goal.
The captain of the national team, "Salman Al-Faraj" handed a commemorative shirt to His Highness Prince Abdulaziz bin Turki Al-Faisal, Minister of Sports and President of the Saudi Arabian Olympic Committee.
The national team conducted a training session this evening at "King Abdullah Sports City Stadium in Jeddah", under the supervision of coach "Herve Renard", as it began with warm-up exercises, followed by square exercises, and concluded with a tactical maneuver in the middle of the field.
On the other hand, the national team player "Moteb Al-Harbi" continued his special exercises accompanied by the medical staff.
It is worth noting that the national team is in Group B in the final Asian qualifiers for the 2022 World Cup, along with Japan, Australia, China, Oman and Vietnam.
It is worth noting that the national team booked a ticket to qualify for the 2022 World Cup before the end of the qualifiers with two rounds, with a score of 20 points, and is currently ranked second in its group.
