The NT U-23 resumes its training in preparation for Japan match

The under-23 national team resumed its training today, Saturday, in the Uzbek capital, Tashkent, after defeating Tajikistan 5-0, in the U-23 AFC Asian Cup 2022 in Uzbekistan.

This evening, the under-23 national team conducted its training session at Kibari Stadium in Tashkent, under the supervision of coach Saad Al-Shehri and the assistant technical staff, during which the players were divided into two groups.

The first group, which included the players who participated mainly in yesterday's match, performed a recovery exercise, while the other group conducted a tactical exercise.

The national team will continue its training at 5:30 pm tomorrow, Sunday, at Kibari Stadium in Tashkent, in preparation for Japan match in the second round of the AFC Asian Cup on Monday.

It is noteworthy that the national team is at the top of the "fourth" group in the AFC Asian Cup, which includes Japan, UAE and Tajikistan.
