The NT U-23 conclude their camp in preparation for the Islamic Solidarity Games

Today, Saturday, the under-23 national team concluded their camp in Burdur, Turkey, which was held in preparation for the participation in the Islamic Solidarity Games (Konya 2021), to be launched from 8 to 16 August in Turkey.
This morning, the players performed their training session, under the supervision of coach Saad Al-Shehri and the assistant technical staff, during which they applied tactical exercises, followed by a maneuver over the entire area of the stadium.
The training session witnessed the participation of player Muhammad Al-Rashidi, who was summoned to participate with the national team in the tournament, replacing Ayman Yahya, who suffered an injury to the adductor muscle.
The delegation of the national team left Burdur to Konya, in preparation for the football competitions within the Islamic Solidarity Games.
On the other hand, the organizing committee of the Islamic Solidarity Games (Konya 2021) rescheduled the football competitions, after the withdrawal of Iran, as it was decided that the national team will open their matches against Azerbaijan on Monday, August 8, while they will face Morocco on Wednesday, August 10 .
