The U-23 national team drew with its host Croatia 1-1, this evening, Thursday, as part of the international friendly tournament in Croatia, on the sidelines of the preparatory camp for the qualifiers for the U-23 AFC Asian Cup 2024.
Ziad Al-Juhani scored the national team's goal in the 32nd minute, while Croatia scored the equalizer in the 63rd minute.
Coach Saad Al-Shehri entered the match with a list consisting of: Abdul Rahman Al-Sanbi as a goalkeeper, Zakaria Hawsawi, Muhammad Al-Yami, Nawaf Al-Mutairi, Bandar Darwish, Nasser Al-Hadhood, Ziad Al-Juhani, Nayef Masoud, Ahmed Al-Ghamdi, Saad Al-Nasser, Turki Al-Mutairi.
It is noteworthy that the under-23 national team is participating alongside North Macedonia and Albania in the international tournament hosted by Croatia national team.
