The Eastern Province hosts the fourth group of the U-17 AFC Asian Cup qualifiers.. as Al-Misehal welcomes the national teams

Tomorrow, Saturday, the fourth group of qualifiers for the U-17 AFC Asian Cup "Bahrain 2023", which will be hosted by the Eastern Province from 1-9 October, will start with the participation of 5 teams: India, Myanmar, Maldives, Kuwait, in addition to our hosting national team.

The first-placed team from every group qualifies directly to the finals, in addition to the five best second-placed teams.

The Eastern Province’s hosting of the fourth group qualifiers matches comes days after it successfully hosted the matches of the first group of qualifiers for the U-20 AFC Asian Cup “Uzbekistan 2023”, which resulted in the qualification of our national team to the finals.

The President of the Board of Directors of the Saudi Arabian Football Federation, Yasser Al Mishal, expressed his highest thanks and appreciation to the wise leadership for its generous support to the sports sector and football in particular, which resulted in the growing role of the Kingdom in hosting many sporting events during the recent period with great support and interest from His Highness the Minister of Sports, President of the Saudi Olympic and Paralympic Committee, Prince Abdulaziz bin Turki Al-Faisal.

Al Misehal welcomed the delegations of the national teams participating in the fourth group qualifiers, wishing them a pleasant stay in their second country, Saudi Arabia.

Our under-17 national national team is scheduled to start its qualifyiers campaign tomorrow, Saturday, when it faces Myanmar at Prince Saud bin Jalawi Sports City Stadium in Al-Khobar at 9:30 pm. .

Prince Muhammad Bin Fahd Stadium in Dammam will host two matches in the qualifiers, the national team matches against Kuwait and India on October 7 and 9, respectively.
