
Saudi Olympics team opens training at Thailand camp

The Saudi Arabia u-23 national team, kicked off training at Thailand preparatory camp, on Wednesday, within the fourth and last phase of preparations for the 2020 AFC U-23 Championship, Thailand, which will be held from the 8th until the 26the of January, and will determine the qualified teams to Tokyo 2020 Olympics.
The Saudi team trained under the supervision of coach Saad Al-Shehri and his assistants, as the session started with passing and possession training, followed by a small tactical maneuver.
It must be noted that the Saudi team arrived in Bangkok, Thailand, at Wednesday morning, as the delegation was chaired by Dr. Khalid Al-Mekren, supervisor of junior teams, as the team was received by, Mr. Khalid Al-Fares, charge d'affaires, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia embassy, in Thailand.
The Saudi team will continue training on Thursday within preparations for Thailand friendly on Friday, at the conclusion of preparatory program for the Asian cup.
