Al Misehal meets the NT U-20 players at Riyadh camp in preparation for AFC Asian

The President of the Board of Directors of the Saudi Arabian Football Federation, Yasser Al Misehal, met the players and employees of the U-20 national team, prior to the launch of the team’s training session today, Wednesday, within its camp in Riyadh, in preparation for the U-20 AFC Asian Cup 2023 in Uzbekistan.
The President of the Saudi Arabian Football Federation met coach of the national team, Saleh Al-Muhammadi, in the presence of the technical director of the SAFF, Nasser Larguet, as he discussed with him the latest preparations for the U-20 AFC Asian Cup, stressing the harnessing of all capabilities for the national team to appear in the honorable image in the tournament, and he also expressed his wishes for the national team to succeed and achieve a new achievement for Saudi football.
On the other hand, the U-20 national team continued its training this evening at King Fahd International Stadium, under the supervision of coach Saleh Al-Muhammadi and the assistant technical staff, during which the players applied tactical exercises.
Next Saturday, the national team will host Vietnam in a friendly match at Prince Faisal bin Fahd Stadium, while it will face Qatar and UAE in friendly matches on February 23 and 26 respectively, in the preparatory camp in UAE, which represents the final stage of the preparation program for the AFC Asian Cup.
It is noteworthy that the under-20 national team is in Group D of the U-20 AFC Asian Cup 2023, alongside Japan, China and Kyrgyzstan.
