The NT beach soccer concludes Dubai camp and prepares for Oman camp

Today (Saturday), the first national beach soccer team concluded its outdoor training camp in Dubai, which represented the second stage of the preparatory program to participate in the AFC Beach Soccer Asian Cup to be held in Pattaya Beaches in Thailand from 16 to 26 March.

The national beach soccer team played three friendly matches at its external camp in Dubai, two of them against UAE national team, as it won the first match 4-3, and the second match 5-3, but lost to the world’s first-ranked national team, Russia, 6-0.

The national beach soccer team concluded the second phase, which lasted for 8 days, with the third phase starting next Thursday, with the establishment of an outdoor camp in Oman.

It is noteworthy that the draw of the AFC Beach Soccer Asian Cup, which took place on January 19, put the national team in Group "A" alongside the hosts Thailand, Bahrain and Afghanistan.
