
The NT U-23 is back in training in preparation for Costa Rica match in Toulon International Tournament

Today, Friday, the U-23 national team returned to training after its match against Venezuela yesterday, Thursday, in Maurice Revello International Tournament (Toulon Tournament), in the preparation program for the qualifiers for the U-23 AFC Asian Cup 2024.
The U-23 national team players conducted their training session this evening, under the supervision of coach Saad Al-Shehri and the assistant technical staff, during which they were divided into two groups, the first one, which included the players who mainly participated in yesterday's match, performed recovery exercises, while the other group conducted tactical exercises.
Tomorrow, Saturday, the national team will continue its training in preparation for the third round of Toulon Tournament, in which it will face Costa Rica national team, the day after tomorrow, Sunday.
It is worth noting that Toulon Tournament is part of the preparation program for the Asian qualifiers, which will start in September, and qualifies for the AFC Asian Cup 2024 in Qatar, which qualifies for the Olympic Games (Paris 2024).
