The national futsal team intensifies its training at Netherlands camp

The first national futsal team continued its daily training at its current camp in the Zeist, Netherlands, which will continue until September 3, before heading to Brazil on the 4th of the same month to participate in the international championship that will be held in Sorocaba from 12 to 17 September, in preparation for AFC Asian Futsal Cup qualifiers to be held in the Indonesian capital, Jakarta.
Today, Thursday, the national futsal team conducted its daily training under the leadership of Spanish coach Andrew Plaza, who divided the training into three parts, as the players underwent intense running in the forest of Zeist.
The second part was held at the fitness hall at the mission’s residence.
The third part, which were held at Kleidkamer Club, included implementing a number of tactical exercises and technical phrases using the ball, before the training session was concluded with a maneuver throughout the hall.
The trio of goalkeepers underwent intense special training accompanied by Spanish goalkeepers coach Frank Francisco.
It is noteworthy that the draw of Brazil International Futsal Championship put the national team in Group A alongside Brazil and Japan, while the draw of AFC Asian Futsal Cup qualifiers placed the national team in Group B alongside Indonesia, Afghanistan and Macau.
