Today, Monday, the national team launched its training program in Newcastle, England, as part of the second phase of the preparatory program for AFC Asian Cup 2023, which begins next January.

Coach Roberto Mancini held a meeting with the national team players, during which he explained the program for the current stage and preparation for AFC Asian Cup, and clarified the instructions for the national team camps.

On the field, the national team players conducted their training session under the supervision of coach Roberto Mancini, as it began with warm-up exercises, then passing and possession exercises inside squares, after which various tactical exercises were conducted, and the training session was concluded with stretching exercises.

Tomorrow, Tuesday, the national team will continue its preparations with a closed training session.
