The NT U-23 faces Lebanon in its second match in AFC Asian Cup qualifiers

Tomorrow, Saturday, the under-23 national team will play its second match in the qualifiers for the U-23 AFC Asian Cup 2024 in Qatar, which will be held until the twelfth of September.

The U-23 national team will host Lebanon national team at 7 pm at Prince Sultan bin Abdulaziz Sports City Stadium in Abha.

The national team players conducted their training session this Friday evening on the reserve field of Prince Sultan bin Abdulaziz Sports City in Abha, under the supervision of coach Saad Al-Shehri and the assistant technical staff, during which they applied tactical training, followed by work on set pieces.

It is worth noting that the national under-23 team defeated Mongolia national team 3-1 in its first match in the “tenth group" of the qualifiers for the U-23 AFC Asian Cup 2024 in Qatar, which includes, alongside the national team, Lebanon, Cambodia, and Mongolia.
