Al Kassim welcomes AFC's Secretary-General

Today, Thursday, the Secretary-General of the Saudi Arabian Football Federation, Ibrahim Al Kassim, welcomed the Secretary-General of the Asian Football Confederation, Datuk Seri Windsor John, who visited the headquarters of SAFF in Riyadh.
During the visit, a number of common topics and preparations for hosting AFC Asian Cup 2027 were discussed. the Secretary-General Ibrahim Al Kassim also accompanied Datuk Seri Windsor John on a tour of the departments and committees of the Saudi Arabian Football Federation, as he learned about the work mechanism of SAFF's departments, which rely on the latest approved systems to keep pace with the development that world football is witnessing, in addition to listening to a brief explanation of the electronic system MYSAFF, which was programmed internally.
The Secretary General of AFC listened to a summary of the Saudi football transformation strategy, which was launched by the Saudi Arabian Football Federation in 2021 and includes 7 basic pillars to lay solid foundations for the future of Saudi football, namely competitions, talent development, women’s football, workforce, governance, global influence, and technical transformation.
