Coordination meetings for the Asian Futsal Qualifiers will be held.. as the national team coach will hold a press conference

The first national futsal team continued its daily training in the Eastern Province in preparation for Afghanistan national team match next Saturday, in the opening of their matches in the Asian qualifiers that will be held at the Ministry of Sports hall in Dammam from October 7th to 11th, which qualify for AFC Asian Futsal Cup to be held in Thailand in 2024.

Today, the national futsal team conducted its main training session, led by coach Andrew Plaza, at the hall that will host the Group B matches, and he implemented the plan that he will follow in the match, before the training session was concluded with a mini match on the entire hall, which witnessed the participation of all players, including the goalkeeper Asaad Al-Saad after recovering from his injury.

Tomorrow, Friday, the organizing committee of the qualifiers will hold a coordination meeting with all the teams in Group B, in order to explain the mechanism, regulations and instructions of the tournament (technical, disciplinary, media, marketing, security, medical and arbitration), in addition to approving the colors of the teams’ kits in the matches.

The Spanish coach of the first national futsal team Andrew Plaza, will also hold a press conference to talk about the team’s preparations and readiness for the qualifiers matches in general and Afghanistan match in particular, at the opening of the national team matches in the qualifiers.
