The national team resumes its training after draw in a friendly match with Nigeria

Today, Saturday, the national team resumed its training program at its camp in Lagos, Portugal, from October 8th to 17th, as part of the third phase of the preparatory program for AFC Asian Cup 2023, which begins next January.

The national team conducted a 60-minute training maneuver against one of the local teams in Albufeira region, as coach Roberto Mancini decided to play with the players that did not participate in the last friendly match against Nigeria national team, while he allocated recovery exercises at the sports hall for players who participated mainly in the last match.

Player Zakaria Hawsawi continued his personal training accompanied by the medical staff.

On the other hand, the coach granted the players a free period after the end of the morning training session, as the gathering will take place this evening at the camp headquarters.

The national team will continue its training tomorrow, Sunday, with a training session closed to the media.
