The first national beach soccer team concluded its participation in Nouakchott International Beach Soccer Championship by obtaining third place in the championship that was held at Ibb Amghar Genk Stadium from November 13th to 18th.

The national beach soccer team had played four matches, as it lost the first match to Mauritania, then defeted Morocco, then lost the third to Morocco and the fourth to Mauritania.

The national beach soccer team's participation in Nouakchott International Championship is based on the official invitation received by the Saudi Arabian Football Federation from its Mauritanian counterpart and the activation of the agreement previously held between the two parties, which aims to develop football and strengthen relations between them.

The national team's delegation will return to the homeland this evening after concluding its participation in the international friendly championship.
