The Saudi national team will face Jordan on Tuesday, in the matchday two of the second round of the Asian qualifiers for the World Cup 2026 and AFC Asian Cup 2027, at "Amman International Stadium".
On Monday evening, the national team concluded its program at Petra Stadium, under the supervision of manager, Roberto Mancini, as it began with warm-up exercises, then passing exercises, before concluding the session with a tactical maneuver.
The training session witnessed the presence and follow-up of the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Saudi Football Association, Yasser bin Hassan Al-Mashal, the Secretary-General, Ibrahim Al-Qasim, and Board Member, Naeem Al-Bakr.
For his part, Nawaf Al-Aqidi did not complete the training session because he felt pain in his shoulder.
It must be noted that the Saudi team tops Group G with three points after beating Pakistan 4-0 in round one, as the Group includes Jordan, Pakistan and Tajikistan.
It is worth noting that the national team delegation arrived in Amman, the capital of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, on Monday evening after leaving Al-Ahsa Governorate at noon from Al-Ahsa International Airport.
The Green delegation was led by the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Saudi Arabian Football Federation, Yasser bin Hassan Al-Mishal, and the Secretary-General, Ibrahim Al-Qasim.
