NT continues training in Qatar camp in preparation for The 2023 AFC Asian Cup

Today, Monday, the Saudi national team continued training at its camp held in Sealine, Qatar, during the period (December 31 - January 11), as part of the final stage of the preparatory program in preparation for the 2023 AFC Asian Cup, that will be held in the State of Qatar this month.
On the field, manager, Roberto Mancini divided the training program into two training sessions, both of which were conducted at the SealineResort stadium.
The first was in the morning, where Mancini divided the players into two groups, as the first group conducted fitness tests, while the second group conducted strengthening exercises in the sports club.
Manchi imposed regular exercises in the evening, which began with warm-up exercises, then square exercises, after which he imposed various tactical exercises before holding a maneuver into half the area of the field, to conclude the training session with stretching exercises.
On a related note, the duo, Ali Hazazi and Ayman Yahya, participated in the training session after their readiness was complete.
The national team will continue its preparatory program tomorrow, Tuesday, with two morning and evening training sessions, both at the Sealine Resort Stadium.
