NT resumes preparatory program in Qatar camp and prepares for Palestine friendly

Today, Sunday, the Saudi Arabia national team continued its training program at the camp currently held in Sealine in the State of Qatar during the period (December 31 - January 11), as part of the final stage of the preparatory program in preparation for the 2023 AFC Asian Cup, which begin on January 12 in Qatar.
“The Green” is preparing to play its second friendly match in the current stage against Palestine the day after tomorrow, Tuesday, at Al-Wakrah Club Stadium in Qatar, at 6:30 P.M.
On the field, manager Roberto Mancini divided the training program into two training sessions, both of which were conducted at the SealineResort stadium. The first one started in the morning as it began with warm-up exercises before Mancini applied various tactical exercises, concluding the training with stretching exercises.
In the evening, Mancini imposed various exercises, which began with warm-up exercises, then the square exercise, followed by the possession exercise, before dividing his players into two groups, then concluding the session with stretching exercises.
On a related note, midfielder Abbas Al-Hassan was content with special exercises accompanied by the medical team, while his teammate Ayman Yahya continued his treatment program accompanied by the medical team also.
The Saudi national team will continue its preparatory program tomorrow, Monday, with two morning and evening training sessions, both at the Sealine Resort Stadium.
