The Saudi Arabia national under-21 team continued its training on Monday as part of its preparations for the 2024 West Asian Federation U-23 Cup, which will be held in Al-Ahsa until March 26th.
The Saudi team players conducted training on the reserve field at Al-Fateh Club, under the supervision of Brazilian coach Marcos Suarez and the assistant technical staff, during which they applied tactical build-up exercises, followed by maneuvers across the entire field.
On the other hand, the technical staff excluded the player Ahmed Abu Rasin due to lack of medical readiness, while the player Salman Al-Jadaani was summoned to join the camp.
The national under-21 team will conclude its preparations on Tuesday to face the Jordanian national team on Wednesday evening as part of the opening of the 2024 WAFF U-23 Championship.
It is worth noting that the WAFF U-23 Cup includes, in addition to the U-21 Green Team, the UAE, Jordan, Iraq, South Korea, Australia, Thailand, and Egypt.
