NT Futsal meets Bahrain in a friendly in preparation for the Asian Cup

Tomorrow, Sunday, the Saudi Arabia futsal national team will meet Bahrain, in a friendly match, at the Ministry of Sports Hall in Dammam, as part of its preparations to participate in the 2024 AFC Futsal Asian Cup, scheduled to be held in the Kingdom of Thailand during the period from April 17 to 28, 2024.
On the ground, the “Green Futsal” began its training in its internal training camp held in the city of Dammam, by conducting a training session at the hall that will host the match, led by the “Spanish” coach, Andreu Plaza, who began the training session by meeting with the players, and stressed to them the importance of the next stage, as this camp represents the last stage before traveling to Thailand.
After that, the training began with fitness exercises, then the players were divided into three groups and a number of tactical sentences were executed. Before the training session concluded, with a maneuver on the entire hall.
The technical staff, led by the “Spanish” coach, Andrew Plaza, summoned 17 players to join the team in the current camp, and they are: Muhammad Abdul Mohsen, Hamoud Al-Dahan, Mahdi Al-Harqan, Moaz Al-Asiri, Fahd Al-Rudaini, Nawaf Al-Arwan, Fares Al-Qahtani, Fahd Al-Juhani, Nasser Al-Harithi, Abdullah Al-Mughrabi, Abdullah Al-Dosari, Abdul-Ilah Al-Otaibi, Saleh Al-Qarni, and Nayef Ghafiri. Ihab Ahmed, Abdullah Al-Aqili, and Farhan Al-Asmari.
It is noteworthy that the draw for the 2024 Asian Futsal Cup placed the “Green Futsal” in Group B, alongside the teams of Uzbekistan, Iraq and Australia.
