NT U-23 returns to training after defeating Tajikistan in the Asian Cup

Today, Wednesday, the Saudi Arabia U-23 national team returned to training after defeating the Tajikistan national team yesterday, Tuesday, 4-2, in the match that brought them together in the 2024 AFC U-23 Asian Cup in Qatar, which qualifies for the Olympic Games (Paris 2024).
The “Green” players conducted their training session this evening under the supervision of technical director Saad Al-Shehri and the assistant technical staff, who divided the players into two groups. The first group, which included the players who mainly participated in yesterday’s match, performed a retrospective training session, while the other group conducted their training session on the Qatar University 5 stadium, during which they applied a passing drill, followed by a mini-manoeuvre.
The Saudi team will perform the next training session at six o’clock in the evening tomorrow, Thursday, at Qatar University Stadium 2, and the media will be allowed to cover the first quarter-hour of it.
It is worth noting that the Saudi under-23 team leads its Group C, which includes alongside the teams of Iraq, Thailand, and Tajikistan.
