The delegation of the Saudi Arabia national beach soccer team departs today, Wednesday, to Georgia, in preparation for participation in the European Beach Soccer League, which will be held in the countries of Georgia and Moldova, from July (17( to (28.)
The technical staff of the Saudi beach team, led by Brazilian manager, Qoqa Zulukovic, summoned (19) players to participate in the preparatory camp before the start of the tournament, and their names are: Ali Al-Saffar, Battle Al-Ruwaili, Muhammad Al-Ajmi, Ammar Al-Sayed, Hassan Jamal, Mubarak Al-Dosari, Ramzi Dakman, Ahmed Al-Hamami, Khaled Wahib, Walid Al-Youbi, Nayef Hadi, Islam Siraj, Khaled Al-Mawlid, Salman Al-Rashidi, Muhammad Amash, Amjad Hawi, Qasim Debaji, Abdul Majeed Al-Subhi, and Zayed Al-Hajri.
The participation of the Saudi team in the European League comes after receiving an official invitation from the tournament’s organizing committee, which aims to gain more experience through participation and contact with the participating European teams and achieving the desired technical benefits.
It is noteworthy that the Saudi Arabia national beach soccer team is ranked 24th in the world and (5th) in Asia, according to the latest international classification issued by Beach Soccer Worldwide (BSWW).
