Represented by SMC, the SAFF signs with Rexona as the first sponsor of women's national teams

In a move that reflects its commitment to developing women's football in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the Saudi Arabian Football Federation announced today, Sunday, the signing of a sponsorship contract with Rexona to be the first official sponsor of the women's national football teams.
The signing ceremony, which took place in Riyadh, was conducted by the CEO of SMC, Khalid Al-Khudair, as the exclusive marketing partner of the Saudi Arabian Football Federation, and the Director of Unilever "Rexona" in the Arabian Gulf, Khalil Yassin, in the presence of the Director of the Women's Football Department, Alia Al-Rashid.
Rexona's sponsorship of women's national teams begins this year, 2024, and extends until 2026, where Rexona will work with the Saudi Arabian Football Federation on educational campaigns about women's football, to contribute to increasing the popularity of the game and taking it to advanced positions.
For her part, the Vice President of the Saudi Arabian Football Federation, Lamia bint Ibrahim bin Bahyan, expressed her happiness at signing the sponsorship contract, stressing that Rexona's support will have a positive impact on the development of women's football, noting that this partnership reflects the growing interest in women's sports in the Kingdom and is in line with the Kingdom's Vision 2030, which aims to enhance the role of women in various fields.

Rexona is considered one of the leading companies in supporting various sports, as it has sponsored many prominent sporting events, including the Olympic World Cup, the 2023 Women's World Cup and many major sporting events around the world.
This partnership embodies a new history in women's football in the Kingdom, and confirms the ongoing efforts to develop women's football.
