The World Football Summit (WFS) kicks off tomorrow, Monday, hosted by the King Abdullah Financial Center in Riyadh, over the course of two days, December 2 and (3), with the attendance of a group of leaders in the world of football.
The global conference is held with the support of SMC, the exclusive commercial partner of the Saudi Arabian Football Federation and the commercial partner of the World Football Summit WFS, while this edition is an extension of the success of the first edition of the world summit held in Jeddah last year, which witnessed the attendance of a large number of international athletes and during which the conference activities witnessed discussions, strategic communication, and accelerating commercial and sports opportunities.
This partnership enhances the presence of the Saudi Arabian Football Federation in the sports scene and directly supports the path of global influence within the Saudi football strategy, as the conference is expected to witness the attendance of more than 2,000 people, providing opportunities to achieve the best results.
The conference is scheduled to discuss many topics related to the development of football, including the integration of football technology and innovation in engaging fans, developing sports tourism and sustainability in football, the growth of women's football, and youth development programs.
For his part, the President of the Saudi Arabian Football Federation, Yasser bin Hassan Al-Misehal, welcomed the Kingdom's guests to this global conference, which reflects the great boom witnessed by the Kingdom in hosting international sporting events with generous support from the wise leadership for the sports sector, and the interest and follow-up of the Ministry of Sports.
Al-Misehal added that the World Football Summit Conference is an extension of the efforts of the Saudi Federation to exchange knowledge and experiences in a way that contributes to raising the level of business around football, which serves Saudi football and makes it a partner in developing football regionally and globally.
