The Saudi Arabia beach soccer team continues its preparations at its training camp in Pattaya. The team held training on Monday at Jomtien Marina Beach Stadium, which will host the 2025 AFC Beach Soccer Cup, in preparation for its first match against China next Thursday.
Before the start of training, the technical staff, led by Brazilian coach Koga Zolokovic, held a meeting with the players to review the mistakes made in the recent friendly match against Vietnam and discuss ways to correct them to ensure a more consistent performance in upcoming matches.
During the training session, the coach focused on implementing the team's plan against China through intensive tactical exercises, as well as focusing on set pieces and how to best utilize them.
The training sessions on the main stadium of the tournament were held to give the players an opportunity to acclimatize to the competitive environment before the start of the tournament.
It's worth noting that the Green Beach Soccer Team is in Group B alongside Japan, China, and Iraq, and is ranked 22nd in the world according to the latest international rankings.
