NT Beach Soccer Opens the Asian Cup with a Big Win Over China

The Saudi Arabia beach soccer team opened its campaign in the AFC Beach Soccer Asian Cup, with a 5-3 victory over China in a match held today (Thursday) at Jomtien Marina Beach Stadium in the group stage.
The Green Beach Soccer Team's goals were scored by Majed Shamhani (two goals), Majed Al Youbi, Qassim Dibaji, and Omar Qaramish, giving the team its first three points in the tournament.
The national team is preparing for its second match in the tournament, facing Japan next Saturday. It will seek to continue its winning streak and enhance its chances of qualifying for the advanced rounds.
Separately, the AFC Beach Soccer Asian Cup Technical Committee named national team player Majed Shamhani as Man of the Match.
