
The Saudi Women's U-20 NT Concludes Training Camp in Dammam

The Saudi Women's U-20 national team concluded its training camp in Dammam from April 3 to 10, as part of its preparations for the AFC U20 Women's Asian Cup 2024 qualifiers, scheduled for August 2025.
During the camp, the team played two friendly matches against Bahrain. The first match, held on April 7, ended in a 1-1 draw, while the Green Falcons won the second match, held on April 9, with a 3-2 score at Prince Saud bin Jalawi Sports City Stadium.
Aliyah bint Abdulaziz Al-Rasheed, Director of the Women's Football Department at the Saudi Arabian Football Federation (SAFF), emphasized that this camp is part of the national team development strategy and reflects the commitment to providing a stimulating training environment that contributes to honing the players' skills and enhancing their readiness for upcoming events at the continental and international levels.
Al-Rasheed praised the national team's performance in the two friendly matches, stressing that winning one match and drawing another against a team with significant football experience in the region provides greater motivation to work harder to achieve the best results.
