The Saudi Arabian Football Federation's Technical Department concluded a five-day fitness course in Riyadh with the participation of 24 national coaches.
The course was presented by French lecturers Loic Bory, David Barillac, Guillaume Toura, Andrea Escanavino, Matthaeus Basil, and Claudio Donatale, as well as Saudi Hani Baghlaf and Hassan Majrashi.
The course aimed to introduce participating coaches to fitness training methods through lectures and theoretical and practical tests, according to specialized programs that are the latest in this field.
For his part, the Saudi Arabian Football Federation's Technical Director, Nasser Larguet, expressed his thanks and appreciation to Al Yamamah University for the warm hospitality and warm welcome provided during the course.
It's worth noting that the technical management has recently adopted a number of training licenses to provide greater opportunities for national fitness coaches, based on the most prominent updates and new programs worldwide. This is achieved by employing lecturers with the expertise that qualifies them to provide distinguished scientific material that contributes to raising the efficiency of national coaches so they can continue their work across all age groups of football players.
