
NT U-23 NT beats Panama in Toulon Tournament

The Saudi Under-23 national team defeated Panama 2-1 in the Toulon Tournament on Friday evening. The match was held at the Maurice Revello International Tournament in Toulon, France.
The Saudi U-23 national team opened the scoring through Abdulaziz Al-Othman in the 35th minute, while Panama equalized in the 42nd minute, before Abdullah Radif added the second goal for the Saudi team in the 57th minute.
Italian coach Luigi Di Biagio entered the match with the following lineup: Osama Al-Marmash in goal; Mohammed Abdulrahman, Mohammed Al-Dosari, Mohammed Barnawi, Ahmed Al-Julaidan, Abdulmalik Al-Ayeri, Abbas Al-Hassan, Abdulmalik Al-Jaber, Abdulaziz Al-Aliwa, Abdulaziz Al-Othman, and Abdullah Radif.
The Saudi U-23 team will resume training tomorrow, Saturday, in preparation for facing Mali on Monday in the third round of the group stage of the Toulon Tournament.
It is noteworthy that the first group of the Toulon Tournament includes, in addition to the "Green Falcons", the host team, France, Mali, and Panama.
