
NT U-23 faces Russia in friendly in preparation for the AFC Asian Cup

The Saudi Arabia U-23 national team will play its first match tomorrow, Friday, as part of its preparatory camp in Russia for the 2026 AFC U23 Asian Cup, which will be hosted by the Saudi team in Riyadh and Jeddah.
The Saudi team will host the Russian national team at 5:00 PM at Rodina Stadium in the Russian capital, Moscow.
On the field, the Saudi team's players conducted their training session on Thursday evening under the supervision of Italian coach Luigi Di Biagio and the assistant technical staff. They conducted tactical exercises, followed by work on set pieces.
Separately, coach Luigi Di Biagio excluded Abdullah Radif from the preparatory camp in Russia due to an injury he sustained while playing for his club.
