NT U-20 defeats Chile in friendly as part of preparation for the World Cup

The Saudi Arabia U-20 national team defeated Chile 2-1 on Monday evening in a friendly match held in São Paulo, Brazil. The match was part of the first phase of preparations for the FIFA U-20 World Cup Chile 2025.
The Saudi national team took the lead through Thamer Al-Khaibri, before Chile equalized, then Adnan Al-Bishri scored the winning goal for the Green Falcons.
The national team's coach, Marcos Suárez, entered the match with the following lineup: Hamed Yousef, Rakan Al-Ghamdi, Mohammed Barnawi, Saleh Barnawi, Awad Aman, Farha Al-Shamrani, Bassam Hazazi, Ammar Al-Yehabi, Ziyad Al-Ghamdi, Saad Haqwi, and Thamer Al-Khaibri.
The Saudi U-20 team continues its preparation program, with the delegation departing tomorrow, Tuesday, for Paraguay, to begin the second phase of preparations, which includes two friendly matches against Paraguay on September 14 and Mexico on September 20, before the start of the World Cup.
