Saud Abdulhamid and Marwan Al-Sahafi will join on October 5, while Muhannad Al-Saad will join on October 6, coinciding with the start of the FIFA World Cup.
The Green Falcons will play two matches during the Asian play-offs, as the first one will be against Indonesia on October 8, before facing Iraq on October 14, as both matches will be held at King Abdullah Sports City Stadium in Jeddah.
On the field, the national team players conducted their first training session this evening on the reserve field at King Abdullah Sports City under the supervision of coach Hervé Renard, as the session began with warm-up exercises, followed by passing drills, before mini-matches, before concluding it with stretching exercises.
In a related development, Hassan Al-Tambakti did not participate in the training session due to a cold, while Mohammed Suleiman was satisfied with a treatment program with the medical staff due to the injury he sustained in his last appearance with his club.
The national team will continue its preparatory program tomorrow evening, Friday, with an evening training session on the reserve field at King Abdullah Sports City at 7:00 PM. The session will be open to the media for the first quarter of an hour.
