
NT U-23 Continues Training in Qatar in Preparation for the Gulf Cup

The Saudi Arabia U-23 national team continued its training in Qatar on Wednesday in preparation for the AGCFF U-23 Gulf Cup, which runs until December 16.
The players held their training session this evening at Aspire Academy, under the supervision of Italian coach Luigi Di Biagio and his assistant coaching staff. The session included tactical drills followed by a full-field maneuver to practice the technical aspects of the game.
The Saudi Arabia U-23 national team will conclude its training session at 4:00 PM tomorrow, Thursday, in preparation for Bahrain match on Friday evening, in its first game of the AGCFF U-23 Gulf Cup.
Meanwhile, Italian coach Luigi Di Biagio, during the press conference held this evening for the coaches of the AGCFF U-23 Gulf Cup, emphasized the importance of the match between the Saudi team and Bahrain in their opening game of the tournament. He stressed the need for a high level of focus in this first step to deliver a strong performance and achieve a positive result.
Di Biagio noted the high technical level of all the participating teams, explaining that this will have a significant impact on the players and raise their level of competition.
"We will certainly enter the tournament aiming to compete for the title. It is also an important part of our preparation for the AFC U-23 Asian Cup, which the Kingdom will host at the beginning of next month. This tournament will enhance the Saudi team's readiness, given the presence of high-caliber teams, all of whom are striving to win the cup.", he added.
