
Friday: The Second Edition of the Saudi Beach Soccer Premier League Kicks Off

The Saudi Beach Soccer Premier League for the 2025-2026 season kicks off this Friday, with eight teams participating: Al-Taawoun, Al-Ghazwa, Al-Watan, Al-Salam, Hattin, Qalwa, Al-Thaqba, and Tuwaiq.
The tournament is part of the Saudi Arabian Football Federation's programs to develop beach soccer competitions and promote its growth across the Kingdom. This aims to raise the level of competition and continuously prepare players and teams throughout the season, which will positively impact the national teams at all levels.
Al-Taawoun won the title in the previous edition (2024-2025) after accumulating 42 points, topping the standings and outperforming Al-Mahmal, Al-Ghazwa, Al-Watan, Najd, Al-Salam, Al-Khabra, and Al-Laith, who also participated in the previous edition.
The new season will see the addition of several new teams to the Premier League after their impressive performances in the qualifying rounds. Everyone is looking forward to a strong and exciting competitive season that combines enthusiasm and enjoyment in a beachside setting.
The Competitions Department of the Saudi Arabian Football Federation confirmed that organizational preparations for the new season are proceeding according to the highest technical and administrative standards. This is part of the committee's efforts to deliver an exceptional season that meets the aspirations of the Saudi Federation and aligns with its strategy for developing and enhancing various football competitions.
