
U-19 National team loses against Croatia at the international friendly tournament

The under-19 national team lost to Croatia 4-3 this evening, Saturday, at the opening ceremony of the participation of Saudi Arabia in the international friendly tournament in Croatia, which extends until the eleventh of this month, as part of the preparation program for the Under-19 Asian Cup 2020 in Uzbekistan, which starts in mid-October.
The Croatian national team opened the scoring through a penalty kick in the 19th minute of the first half,Khalil Al Absi scored the first saudi goal in the 36th minute, and at the beginning of the second half, Mohamed Maran added the second goal for Saudi, followed by Croatia's scoring two goals in the 57th and 70th minute, while Hazza Al Ghamdi scored the third goal in favor of the national team in the 77th minute, and during the 83rd minute of the match, Croatia scored the fourth goal.
Coach Damien Hertog entered the meeting with a list consisting of: Raed Azibi in goalkeeping, Bandar Darwish, Manaf Abu Yabis, Ali Fouad, Nawaf Al-Mutairi, Faisal Al-Ghamdi, Ahmed Al-Ghamdi, Khalil Al-Absi, Ayman Yahya, Haitham Asiri, and Muhammad Maran.
The U-19 national team will meet Bulgaria, next Tuesday, to conclude its participation in the tournament against Indonesia next Friday.
