The Saudi Women's National Team concluded its preparatory camp in Abha, held from April 7 to 19, as part of its preparations for upcoming international competitions.
The camp featured a high-level training program that contributed to enhancing the players' readiness.
During the camp, the team played three friendly matches, as they drew 1-1 with Botswana and faced Egypt twice, displaying competitive performances despite losing 2-1 and 2-0 respectively.
These friendly matches reflected the significant technical benefits gained by the team through exposure to experienced opponents, that allowed them to evaluate the players' performance, strengthen tactical aspects, and give the coaching staff an opportunity to assess the players' levels and test various options.
This camp is part of the Saudi Arabian Football Federation's national women's team preparation plan, aimed at continuously improving performance and strengthening their presence in upcoming competitions.
