The SAFF appoints Fahad Al-Mufarrij as Executive Director of the senior and under-23 national teams

The Saudi Arabian Football Federation has appointed Mr. Fahad Al-Mufarrij as Executive Director of the senior and under-23 national teams, and assigned Mr. Saleh Al-Dawood to work as an official in the federation's youth development department.

For his part, the President of the Board of Directors of the Saudi Arabian Football Federation, Yasser bin Hassan Al-Mishal, confirmed that this appointment comes within the federation's direction to strengthen the administrative and operational work of the national teams, thanking Mr. Al-Dawood for his contributions during his tenure and wishing him success in his future role.

Al-Mufarrij, who holds a Master's degree in Football Business Administration, possesses extensive experience in football administration spanning over fifteen years.

During this time, he progressed through various administrative positions, culminating in his role as Executive Director of Football at Al-Hilal Club. Throughout his administrative career, he achieved numerous successes in both domestic and continental competitions. His accumulated experience in managing administrative and operational affairs was gained through his participation with his club in the FIFA Club World Cup and several editions of the AFC Champions League.

Al-Mufarrij also represented Saudi Arabia at various youth levels in several international tournaments and played for Al-Hilal and Al-Ettifaq clubs before retiring and transitioning to administration.
