The Saudi national team resumed training today, Monday, in Austin, Texas, in preparation for their match against Cape Verde next Friday (US time, Saturday Saudi time), as part of the third round of the group stage of the FIFA World Cup 2026.
The players held their training session at Q2 Stadium in Austin under the supervision of head coach Giorgos Donis, as the players were divided into two groups, as the first group, which included the players who started in the match against Spain, performed a recovery session in the gym, while the second group conducted a training session that began with a warm-up, followed by ball possession drills, before concluding with a scrimmage between the two groups.
Meanwhile, player Abdulrahman Al-Sanbi continued his rehabilitation program under the supervision of the medical staff.
The Green Falcons Team will continue its training at 6 pm tomorrow, Tuesday, at the Q2 Stadium, and the first quarter of an hour will be open to the media.
