The under-23 national team continued its training within its preparatory camp in Jeddah, which comes within the framework of the second phase of the program of preparation for the Olympic Games in Tokyo, scheduled to be held in July.

The under-23 national team conducted its training session this evening on the reserve stadium in King Abdullah Sports City, under the supervision of coach Saad Al-Shehri and the assistant technical staff, which focused on a number of various defensive exercises, such as the defense against crosses, the area defense training, and finally, a training session on high pressure.

On the other hand, midfielder Ramzi Solan joined the national team camp on Tuesday, after being called up by the coaching staff.

It is reported that the U-23 national team qualified for the Olympic Games (Tokyo 2020) after winning one of the qualifying seats in the U-23 AFC Cup in Thailand last January, during which it finished second.
