The national team resumes its training after Jamaica friendly match

The national team resumed its training at the preparatory camp in Riyadh, during the FIFA date, as part of preparations for the joint Asian qualifiers for the 2022 World Cup and the 2023 AFC Asian Cup.
The training session witnessed the follow-up of Yasser Al Misehal, the Chairman of the SAFF, who congratulated the players during his meeting with them before the start of the training session, after the level they showed during the friendly match yesterday against Jamaica, praising the high spirit in which all the players appeared.
On the field level, the coach Herve Renard, during the training session at Prince Faisal bin Fahd Stadium, divided the players into two groups. The first group, which included the players mainly participated in yesterday's match, had a recovery session, while the other group conducted a tactical exercise.
Players Abdulmajeed Al-Sulayhem and Abdullah Al-Hamdan performed a private training accompanied by the medical staff, as they got a bruise after their participation in the match.
On the other hand, the coach ruled out, based on medical reports, the midfielder Salem Al-Dossary for suffering an injury to the back muscle of the right thigh, and goalkeeper Abdullah Al-Oweisheer, who suffered a broken nose during training, and Yasser Al-Shahrani after being exposed For left leg muscle injury.
The coach also excluded the captain of the national team, Salman Al-Faraj, to give him the opportunity to stay next to his father, who suffered from a health problem, and also excluded the midfielder Abdulmajeed Al-Sulayhem due to his family circumstances.
The national team will continue its training at Prince Faisal bin Fahd Stadium at 7 pm tomorrow, Monday, in a closed training session to the media.
