The Kuwaiti national team mission arrives in Riyadh to play a friendly match on Thursday

This Saturday evening, the Kuwaiti team’s brotherly delegation arrived at King Khalid International Airport in Riyadh in preparation for the friendly confrontation with the national team next Thursday.

The Kuwaiti team’s mission was headed by members of the Kuwaiti Federation’s board of directors, Dr. Ahmed Ajab and Khaled Al-Shammari, while the mission was received upon its arrival in Riyadh by the Secretary-General of the Saudi Federation Ibrahim Al Kassim and his assistant Ibrahim Al-Qabaa, and a number of public relations employees.

The President of the Saudi Football Association, Yasser Al Misehal, welcomed the Kuwaiti team’s mission in their second country, wishing them a pleasant stay, praising at the same time the depth of Saudi-Kuwaiti ties at the football level, while stressing the importance of the match that comes in preparation for the joint Asian qualifiers for the 2022 World Cup and the 2023 Asian Cup .

It is noteworthy that the match will be held next Thursday at the "Mrsool Park" stadium in Riyadh, which comes in preparation for the confrontation that will bring together the national team with its Palestinian brother on March 30th, as part of the joint Asian qualifiers that qualify for the 2022 World Cup and the 2023 Asian Cup.
