
Saudi Youth national team beats Jordan in friendly in Jeddah

The Saudi national under-19 football team overcame Jordan 3-2, on Thursday, in a friendly game, at Al-Ahli Club Stadium, within Jeddah preparatory camp, which lasts until October 17th, within the preparations for The AFC U-19 Championship qualifiers.
Ahmed Al-Gamdy put the Saudi Youth team in front after 8 minutes, before Ryan Al-Beloshi doubled the lead in the 23rd minute, then Jordan netted twice in the 46th and 85th minutes, then Sultan Al-Srehi netted the Saudi winning goal in injury time.
Coach Bandr Basareh entered the game with the following starting XI: Raed Azeby, Bassel Al-Hassaf, Ali Fouad, Meshaal Al-Sebiani, Awad Al-Nashry, Ahmed Al-Gamdy, Hussien Sebiani, Taher Al-Wadi, Turki Al-Meteri, Ryan Al-Beloshi and Bassim Sadik.
It must be noted the Saudi team will face Afghanistan, India and Uzbekistan, in Group F in the qualifiers which will be held in Al-Khobr.
