NT U23 continues its training in the Spanish Marbella camp

Today, Wednesday, the NT U-23 continued its training within its preparatory camp in Marbella, Spain, which runs until the fifteenth of this month, as part of the fourth phase of the preparation program for the Olympic Games in Tokyo, scheduled for late July.

Al-Akhdar players performed their training session this evening under the supervision of coach Saad Al-Shehri and the assistant staff. At the beginning, they applied strengthening exercises, followed by a practice of possession of the ball, to conclude the session with a tactical exercise with the aim of building under high pressure.

The national team will continue its training tomorrow, Thursday, in an evening session, in preparation for the friendly match against Australia on Saturday.

It is worth noting that the national under-23 team is in Group D in the Olympic Games (Tokyo 2020), along with the teams of Brazil, Germany and Ivory Coast.
